At Premium Seafood we believe in providing our clients with quality products as well as outstanding service. Since day one, a genuine love and passion for our customers has defined who we are and what we do.  Our dedication to our business is reflected through the work we do each day.

Coming from a foodservice background, Kenny Hewitt recognised a need in the market for a high quality seafood purveyor to handle the demand in the hotel and restaurant industry. From that realization, he launched his own company, Premium Seafood Ltd. in July 2002 and has not looked back since.  

Our company has grown by leaps and bounds, moving from “two men in a van,” up to our current staff complement. One of our biggest accomplishments occurred in 2018 when we relocated from our original location to our own state of the art facility in Lancaster, St James.

A family-owned and operated company, we have been the premier provider in Barbados of the best quality fresh and frozen seafood and meats available on the island.  We operate with industry best practices which includes sustainable sourcing as well as stringent hygiene practices.
